Shipping & delivery

We deliver only to addresses within Austria.

Standard shipping: €5.99 per order; free for orders with a goods value of €64.00 or more after discounts. No express shipping.

Delivery time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Austrian public holidays) from conclusion of the contract. Where advance payment is agreed, the delivery period starts upon receipt of payment.

All prices are final prices in euros. No VAT is charged under the small-business exemption pursuant to section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

To exercise this right, inform us using the contact details above of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires. Our prior approval is not required.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to Máté Kovács – Gilded Bruises, 8.-Mai-Strasse 28/20, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a free return label for ordinary withdrawals.

You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Only the statutory right of withdrawal applies; no additional voluntary return or exchange right is granted. Your statutory legal guarantee rights remain unaffected.

You may also submit your withdrawal through Withdraw from contract. Enter your name, email address, order number and the affected items, then select “Confirm withdrawal”. We will promptly send you an email acknowledging receipt, including your declaration and the date and time of receipt.

Orders and contract

These terms apply to consumer orders. Select your item and size, add them to the cart and enter your delivery and payment details at checkout. You can review and correct all details before the final order button. By using the button indicating an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation by email, or earlier if we request or collect payment.

The contract languages are German and English. We store order details for processing and send your order confirmation by email. Please retain this confirmation and the terms applicable when you ordered. If you use a customer account, you can view your orders there.

Prices, payment and delivery

All prices are final prices in euros. No VAT is charged under the small-business exemption pursuant to section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act. The payment methods and conditions shown before completion of your order apply. Goods remain our property until payment in full.

Delivery is limited to Austria: standard shipping is €5.99 per order, free for goods valued at €64.00 or more after discounts. Delivery takes 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Austrian public holidays) from conclusion of the contract, or from receipt of payment where advance payment is agreed. No extra shipping charges apply to partial deliveries initiated by us. We bear the shipping risk until the goods are handed to you or a third party designated by you other than the carrier.

Withdrawal and legal guarantee

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Instructions, return costs and the model form are available in our withdrawal and returns policy. We do not grant an additional voluntary return or exchange right.

Statutory legal guarantee rights apply, generally for two years from delivery for new goods. Any additional mandatory rights remain unaffected. Please send complaints to the email address above.

We do not voluntarily participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings; statutory obligations remain unaffected. Information on data processing is available in our privacy policy.
